Compounds of general formula (I) which are highly soluble in water and have an integrin αvβ3 antagonism, wherein A represents an optionally substituted 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic group containing 2 nitrogen atoms which may be condensed with other ring(s) or - C(-NR?2) (=NR3¿); D represents a bond, -NR4-,-O- or - S-; X and Z represent each CH or N; R?7 and R8¿ represent each C¿1-6? alkyl, halogeno, oxygen, etc.; Q represents > C=O, > CHR?13¿ or > CHOR13; J represents a bond or C¿1-3? alkylene; R?1 to R4, R9 to R11 and R13¿ represent each hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; m is an integer of from 0 to 5; n is an integer of from 0 to 4; and p and q are each an integer of from 1 to 3. |
