The invention provides novel methods for making and using array-based nucleic acid hybridization substrates comprising non-covalently associated nucleic acids. The invention also provides nucleic acid arrays comprising a solid surface comprising a plurality of discrete biosites comprising a non-covalently associated nucleic acid. The invention also provides a method for determining if a nucleic acid in a test sample can hybridize to a nucleic acid immobilized onto an array. |
