abstract A device for delivering a substance toxic to insects or a perfume is based on a combustible low density paperboard strip. The paperboard strip can include a flexible backing sheet for supporting the combustible paperboard strip, especially made from paper which has been treated with a flame retardant. The device can be cut as a coil so that it burns along a helical path.
