The invention relates to a method for carrying out the in-situ-extraction of a product produced by a micro-organism, especially a fermentation product, comprising the following steps: providing a micro-organism culture in liquid phase in a reaction vessel; adding a substrate, especially an amino acid, to the liquid phase, said substrate being chosen and/or configured in such a way that the product is produced in the liquid phase through the action of the micro-organisms; and separating the product out of the liquid phase into an organic phase using a solvent medium, this separation step comprising the following steps: encapsulating a solvent medium in the form of an organic solvent, to produce a plurality of capsules with a capsule wall that acts as a barrier in relation to the micro-organisms but is permeable to the product, outside the reaction vessel; and introducing this plurality of capsules into the reaction vessel. |
