The invention concerns pharmaceutical compositions for oral administration of phloroglucinol, and the preparation thereof. Typically, said compositions: in liquid form, contain a system buffering them at a pH ranging between 3 and 7; in solid form, contain a system capable of exerting a buffer effect on them ranging between pH 3 and pH 7 when they are set in an aqueous medium. Said compositions advantageously consist in effervescent tablets. |
