titleOfInvention Method for producing chiral amines
abstract The invention relates to amines of general formula (I) or to the mirror image thereof, wherein R<1> means hydrogen, C1-6-alkyl, aryl-C1-4-alkyl or acyl. The inventive amines are produced by means of steteroselective hydrogenation of the corresponding oximes in the presence of a platinum metal-phosphine-complex with homogeneous catalysis. The amines which can be produced by the invention are intermediate products in the synthesis of antiviral active agents such as lobucavir for instance.
