abstract The invention relates to pharmaceutical or cosmetic compositions for the local, intrademeral application of estrogens that contain at least one estrogen combined with a structural agent in a common matrix. Such systems in the form of creams, ointments, emulsions, suspensions, gels or other semi-solid systems guarantee that the hormones remain in the skin in high concentrations and for a longer period of time and are not absorbed by the system. The inventive compositions are used in the treatment of skin aging or for reducing wrinkles.
