The present invention relates to one or more compositions that inhibit the proliferation and/or migration of endothelial cells. The compositions contain a pre-activation domain ('PAD') from plasminogen (or biologically active fragment thereof) and said at least one kringle region from plasminogen (or biologically active portion thereof). The compositions are useful to treat angiogenic associated disorders. |
