Method for fractionating double-stranded nucleic acids in solutions in order to obtain single-stranded nucleic acids |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method for fractionating double-stranded nucleic acids in solutions in order to obtain single-stranded nucleic acids. The invention is characterised in that the nucleic acids are decomposed into single-strands by incident radiation of electromagnetic waves. The frequency and intensity of the electromagnetic waves is chosen in such a way that the hydrogen bonds between the nucleotides of a double-stranded nucleic acid are dissolved by direct interaction of the electromagnetic radiation with the double-stranded nucleic acid. |
