abstract A matlike high-transmittance film comprises a transparent support (1), a hardcoat layer (2) containing particles (4) whose size ranges 1.0-10 νm and is larger than the thickness of the transparent support (1), and a low refractive index layer (3) covering the hardcoat layer and having a refractive index of 1.45 or less. The haze of the film is 1.0 % or more and the total light transmittance is 93.5 % or more. The high-transmittance film can prevent uneven display due to thermal expansion of a light control film and uneven brightness peculiar to the light control film.
