Means for inducing or increasing the immunogenicity of myeloid acute leukemia cells |
abstract |
The invention relates to a method for inducing or increasing the immunogenicity of myeloid acute leukemia cells. The inventive method consists of the following: myeloid acute leukemia cells are brought into contact with compounds by means of incubation, whereby said compounds can confer a phenotype and/or a non-tumoral cell function upon the leukemic cells and comprise at least one CD4O cell, a growth factor for said cells such as GM-CSF and a cytokine such as IL-4 in conditions which enable the cultivation of cells. The invention can be used to produce medicaments to combat myeloid acute leukemia. |
