abstract The present invention relates essentially to the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries and in particular to the preparation of formulations of active principles which are derived from the plant Mangifera indica L. amongst which are the polyphenols, the terpenoids, the steroids, the fatty acids and microelements which have anti-oxidating, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic properties thereby conferring to said formulations a high value as dietary supplements for the improvement of the quality of life of patients suffering from degenerative diseases, anti-aging treatment as well as for the consumption by healthy persons.
