An aqueous water-and-oil repellant dispersion which contains (A) a homo- or copolymer of at least one member selected among polymerizable compounds having a perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkenyl group and an acrylate or methacrylate group or a copolymer thereof with a copolymerizable compound, (B) an organic solvent which is tripropylene glycol, and (C) a surfactant. It has long-lasting water and oil repellency and excellent storage stability. |
