abstract A one-component, moisture-curable adhesive composition is provided for securing insulation to a roof deck. The adhesive comprises a silylated polymer and an extender. The adhesive composition may also include a plasticizer, a moisture scavenger, and a catalyst. Upon curing, the adhesive composition exhibits an uplift pull strength of at least about 200 Lbs/ft2.
