titleOfInvention Method for producing a material containing cells from the prostate gland, material containing cells from the prostate gland and methods for treating uterus fibromatosis, chronic prostatitis and disorders of the male sexual function according to a transplantation technique
abstract The present invention pertains to the field of medicine and relates to a method for producing a material containing prostate-gland cells from new-born, young and adult rabbits. This invention also relates to the material containing the prostate-gland cells obtained according to this method as well as to transplantation methods for treating uterus fibromatosis, chronic prostatitis and disorders in the male sexual functions by transplantation of the material containing the prostate-gland cells. This invention, that relates to a method for producing this material and to the material itself, involves using the prostate gland of a mammal, wherein said prostate gland is washed after extraction and further cut into fragments. The material thus obtained is seeded on culture mats while adding a culture (growth) medium as well as serum from mammals, and an optimal incubation mode is maintained. This invention, which also relates to methods for treating uterus fibromatosis, chronic prostatitis and disorders in the male sexual functions, involves producing the transplantation material containing the prostate-gland cells according to the above-mentioned method, wherein said material can be transplanted into various organs and tissues.
