titleOfInvention Method of separating basic peptide or basic protein
abstract The present invention relates to a method of recovering basic peptide or basic protein at a high yield from a fusion protein that has a hydroxylamine cleavage site between the basic peptide or basic protein and the fusion partner. More particularly, the present invention is composed of the processes of reacting fusion protein with hydroxylamine at a pH of 7.5 ∩ 8.5 and recovering the basic peptide from the reaction mixture.
