Utilization as a sensor protein of a protein which scarcely undergoes any structural change when binds to a target substance by taking advantage of its ability to recognize a molecule. The sensor protein comprises an insert type fused protein composed of a binding protein and a reporter protein wherein the binding protein has been inserted into the amino acid sequence of the reporter protein. |
