abstract |
A process for efficiently producing spherical fine particles containing a drug for use in the form of an easy-to-take, sustained-release preparation, characterized by adding a solution of a binder to a mixture comprising an excipient powder which has the property of holding a solvent (and preferably has an average major diameter of 40 νm or smaller) and a drug powder (preferably having an average major diameter of 50 νm or smaller) and granulating the resultant mixture by high-speed rolling to form the spherical fine particles (having an average particle diameter of 60 to 200 νm). |
