abstract |
The invention relates to the utilization of a shaped thermoplastic material different from ABS for the production of sporting goods and semi-finished goods thereof, containing, in relation to the sum of the portions of components A, B and C and optionally D, a total of 100 % by weight of a: 1-48 % by weight of a single or multiphase particulate emulsion polymer with a glass transition temperature below 0 DEG C in at least one phase and a mean particle size of 50-1000 nm, preferably 50-800 nm as component A; b: 1-48 % by weight of at least one amorphous or semi-crystalline polymer as component B; c: 51-98 % by weight of a polycarbonate as component C and d: 0-47 % by weight of usual additives and/or fibrous or particulate filling materials or the mixtures thereof as component D. The shaped materials are preferably mixtures of polycarbonate, a graft polymer of stryrol and acrylonitrile on a butyl acrylate rubber (ASA) with a bimodal particle size distribution and a styrol-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN). |
