A diazo-containing photosensitive material comprising a transparent substrate and formed thereon a photosensitive layer comprising a binder, a diazo compound, and a coupler, wherein the diazo compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein R?1 and R2¿ each independently represents lower alkyl and X represents an anion), the coupler comprises phenylphenol and 3,5-dihydroxy-4-bromobenzoic acid, and the binder is a cellulose ester crosslinked with a urea resin having lower alkyl groups incorporated therein. |
