Combined vaccine for immunoprophylaxis against viral hepatitis b and d, tetanus and diphtheria |
abstract |
The present invention pertains to the field of medicine, more precisely to that of clinical immunology, and essentially relates to the production as well as to the use of a new complex preparation for immunoprophylaxis against various types of infections simultaneously. This invention essentially relates to the use of preparations for immunoprophylaxis against viral hepatitis B and D, tetanus and diphtheria. This invention also relates to a combined vaccine for immunoprophylaxis against viral hepatitis B ad D, tetanus and diphtheria, wherein said vaccine contains the antigens thereof as well as a builder. This vaccine is characterised in that it also contains the following members as antigens for an amount of 1 ml: an antigen of the hepatitis B virus (HBsAg) obtained by cultivating transformed cells from the strain S. cerevisiae VKPM Y-2203 in an amount of 5 to 10 νg; a purified and concentrated diphtheric anatoxin in an amount of 5 to 30 Lf; a purified and concentrated tetanic anatoxin in an amount of 5 to 10 EC; merthiolate in an amount of 0.01 ? 0.002 %; a hydroxide aluminium gel in an amount of 0.6 to 1.2 mg as converted into aluminium; and up to 1.0 ml of a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent. These preparations have a high seroconversion rate due to the mutual promoting action of the components used therein. |
