abstract The invention relates to agents suitable for the immunotherapy of tumoral diseases. These agents are tumour cells with a combination of MHC I and MHC II genes occurring in humans, which genes are expressed. The invention further relates to a tumour cell library comprising the above tumour cells and to vaccines containing said tumour cells. The invention also relates to a method for producing the tumour cells and to the use of said cells and of the vaccines and the tumour cell library.
