Leptomycin derivatives having a group, such as a sulfide or a disulfide, that can be conjugated to a cell binding reagent as a discussed antibody. The therapeutic use of these conjugates of leptomycin derivatives is also described; these conjugates have therapeutic use because they can administer cytotoxic leptomycin derivatives to a specific cell population with a goal. |
