abstract The invention relates to novel heterocyclic substituted urea derivatives that show selective binding to D3 dopamine receptors. In another aspect, the invention relates to a method of treating disorders of the central nervous system associated with the activity of the dopamine D3 receptor in a patient in need of such treatments comprising the administration to the subject of a therapeutically effective amount of said compounds to alleviate such disorders.
