titleOfInvention ADHESIVE FIXING OF ACRYLIC RESINS, ESPECIALLY IN DENTISTRY
abstract The invention relates to improved methods and materials for providing adhesive fixation of acrylic resins to industrial, natural and dental substrates, and more particularly to dental restorative methods and to methods for improving the adhesion to dentin of composite dental restoratives. One of the steps includes contacting the surface with an aqueous solution comprising a solvent and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: N-phenylglycine in a mixture with an alkali metal salt N-phenylglycine, a mixture of the adduct of the alkali metal salts of N- (p-tolyl) glycine and glycidyl methacrylate, the addition reaction product of the alkali metal salt of N-phenylglycine and glycidyl methacrylate, and other amino acids, each of which are combines in a mixture with an alkali metal salt thereof.
