abstract A workout bag assembly including a tubular body having a closed end and an accessible end. The tubular body defines an interior divided into at least two compartments by a partition. The tubular body also has an exterior with two inner handles side-by-side along a length of the tubular body and two end handles. Each end handle is adjacent to a respective end. A partition divides an interior of the tubular body into a first compartment and a second compartment. Three tubes can receive a weighted material. The first compartment is sized and configured to snugly hold one of the three tubes when filled, and the second compartment is sized and configured to snugly hold two of the three tubes when filled.
