Disclosed herein are methods and systems for detecting two different epitopes in the same sample using immunohistochemical methods using primary antibodies from the same host species and secondary antibodies immunoreactive with antibodies of the host species of the primary antibodies. Methods to denature and block the first primary antibody contacted with the sample are provided. |
