abstract A vent stick air freshener has a pair of vent rods extending rearwardly from an annular head with a hollow therein, an open front end and an open rear end defining an air tunnel. At least one body is carried by at least one of the pair of vent rods. An insert is at least partially received in the hollow of the annular head. A space is defined between the insert and the annular head. The at least one body or the insert or both has a desired scent material interspersed therein and diffusible out over time.
