abstract In accordance with some embodiments, compositions and methods for forming solvent-based and water-based carbon nanotubes inks with removable additives are provided. In some embodiments, the ink composition comprises one or more carbon nanotubes, a solvent, and a removable additive, which may function as a stabilizing agent, a viscosity adjustment agent, or any suitable combination thereof. The removable additive may be removed from articles derived from the ink composition by means of thermal annealing.
