abstract There is provided a non-aqueous electrolytic solution comprising an electrolyte salt, a specific fluorine-containing solvent and a fluorine-containing cyclic carbonate represented by the formula (A1): n nwherein X 1 to X 4 are the same or different and each is —H, —F, —CF 3 , —CHF 2 , —CH 2 F, —CF 2 CF 3 , —CH 2 CF 3 or —CH 2 OCH 2 CF 2 CF 3 ; at least one of X 1 to X 4 is —F, —CF 3 , —CF 2 CF 3 , —CH 2 CF 3 or —CH 2 OCH 2 CF 2 CF 3 , and the non-aqueous electrolytic solution has further excellent noncombustibility and is suitable for lithium secondary batteries.
