abstract An organic light emitting diode display, which includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an emission layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. Herein the first electrode includes: a first layer including a material having a work function of about 4.0 eV or less and an electron injection material; and a second layer including a material having a resistivity of about 10 μΩcm or less. The first layer is disposed between the second layer and the emission layer.
