abstract Silver halide photographic elements that are color intermediate motion picture films have at least one green sensitive silver halide emulsion that includes a green sensitizing dye that is a cyanine dye having two oxazole groups in the molecule, and another green sensitizing dye having either two imidazole groups in the molecule or one oxazole group and one thiazole group in the molecule. The molar ratio of the first green sensitizing dye to the second green sensitizing dye is from about 4:1 to about 0.3:1. The magenta dye image forming unit has at least one green sensitive silver halide emulsion layer that comprises predominantly cubic silver iodobromide grains having at least 90 mol % bromide and at least 1 mol % iodide, which grains have an average equivalent spherical diameter (ESD) of less than 0.25 μm.
