abstract |
A method of carbon monoxide (CO) removal comprises providing an oxidation catalyst comprising cobalt supported on an inorganic oxide. The method further comprises feeding a gaseous stream comprising CO, and oxygen (O 2 ) to the catalyst system, and removing CO from the gaseous stream by oxidizing the CO to carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) in the presence of the oxidation catalyst at a temperature between about 20 to about 200° C. |
