abstract | The high-pressure melamine resin decorative plate of the present invention includes a laminate of a decorative sheet, and a melamine resin-impregnated paper and a core layer on a back surface of the decorative sheet, and then the resultant laminated structure is subjected to heat- and press-molding. The decorative sheet includes at least a low-gloss pattern ink layer partially formed on a substrate, and a surface protective layer which is present on and contacted with the low-gloss pattern ink layer so as to cover a whole surface; the surface protective layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and provided therein with a low-gloss region which is located in a portion just above the low-gloss pattern ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion and visually recognized as a concave portion. |
