The light emitting layer is formed over the hole transporting layer. The electron transporting layer is formed over the light emitting layer. The electron transporting layer includes carbazole derivative and n-type material. The electron injecting layer is formed over the electron transporting layer. The second electrode layer is formed over the electron injecting layer.
