abstract The present invention relates to a method for the demodulation of the ADIP data of a wobble signal of an optical recording medium, whereby the wobble signal is modulated using two different methods, and to an apparatus for reading from and/or writing to optical recording media using such method. n According to the invention, the method comprises the steps ofn recovering the carrier of the wobble signal, demodulating the wobble signal based on the recovered carrier, and providing a two-dimensional MSK filter for detecting MSK marks in the wobble signal.
