abstract An emesis waste disposal system with both an outer bag and an inner bag. The inner bag is releasably attached within an inside of the outer bag, and disposed in a ready, open position within the outer bag. Advantageously an edge of the inner bag is folded out over a lip of the outer bag, to receive waste into the inner bag without soiling the outer bag. Optionally, the inner bag is releasably attached within an inside of the outer bag with a removable fastener such as a tin tie, hook and loop pile, or snap set.
