abstract The invention uses a continuous-wave laser as an excitation light source to achieve highly-accurate detection with a simple structure. A sample 11 a is irradiated with excitation light from an excitation light source 30 , and then transported to an optical axis of a fluorescence detector 50 , thereby being detected of its fluorescence intensity.
