Oil-in-water nanoemulsions comprising oil globules with an average size of less than 150 nm and comprising at least one oil, at least one amphiphilc lipid, and at least one polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative chosen from PEG esters and PEG ethers chosen from compounds of formula (I):in which:R1 is chosen from linear and branched, saturated and unsaturated alkyl groups comprising from 8 to 30 carbon atoms and linear and branched, saturated and unsaturated acyl groups comprising from 8 to 30 carbon atoms,R2 is chosen from a hydrogen atom, linear and branched, saturated and unsaturated alkyl groups comprising from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and linear and branched, saturated and unsaturated acyl groups comprising from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, andn is a number ranging from 80 to 350.
