An erection aid comprises an elastic device adapted to be placed around at least a part of a penis, which device is in the form of a condom ( 1 ) or a tightening ring ( 10 ). The device is equipped with a piezoelectric unit ( 3 ), for example a piezoelectric foil, for emission of stimulating vibrations.
