abstract A rubber composition comprising: n at least one hydrogenated nitrile rubber, and n at least one thermoplastic polyolefin, wherein the weight ratio (hydrogenated nitrile rubber:thermoplastic polyolefin) is in the range from 95:0.5 to 50:50. The composition retains substantially the resistance to heat and chemicals and the mechanical properties characteristic of hydrogenated nitrile rubber upon curing.
