abstract Secondary amine-functional silanes comprising at least one ester group and at least one amide group are disclosed. The secondary amine-functional silanes are preparable from relatively inexpensive, commercially available raw ingredients, are stable at room temperature and are reactive toward electrophiles. Also disclosed are silane-terminated polymers, silane-terminated polyurethane dispersions, and moisture-cured polymers derived therefrom.
