A pain relieving device for selectively applying three or more pain relieving modalities to an upper body region of a person. The modalities include acupressure and at least two other modalities selected from the group of vibration, massage, heat, traction and electric stimulation. The device further includes a controller for enabling an operator of the pain relieving device to select which two or more of the pain relieving modalities are applied to the person at any given time. The controller causes the pain relieving apparatus to automatically apply the selected modalities to the person. |
