The composition may be a cosmetic and/or dermatological composition and can be, in particular, in the form of a gel. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process to perfume, care for and/or cleanse the skin and/or the hair, by applying to the skin and/or the hair a composition containing, in a physiologically acceptable medium, a perfume and a partially crosslinked, solid, elastomeric organopolysiloxane associated with a fatty phase.
