abstract |
The invention is a rapid method for the separation of small organic compounds using gradient reverse phase HPLC. The method of the invention achieves a run time of one minute or less and a resolution with a peak production of at least 1 peak/2 seconds. The method is also able to achieve the separation of a compound from a mixture of compounds in an elution sample having a volume of 2 milliliters or less. |
