The present invention relates to a tacrolimus conjugated compound represented by formula (I): ##STR1## in which R 1 and R 2 independently of one another represent hydrogen or a group of formula --CO--CH 2 --X--(CH 2 CH 2 --O)n--CH 3 wherein n denotes an integer of 10 to 460, and n X represents O or S, n provided that both R 1 and R 2 cannot be hydrogen; n to a process for preparing the same and to its use as an immunosuppressive and antiinflammatory agent. |
