titleOfInvention Emulsions based on acrylic polymers
abstract This invention relates to aqueous emulsions based on acrylic polymers and their use for preparing films to be used in processes of preparation of cathode ray tubes, having filming temperature between about 20 DEG and 40 DEG C. which after drying produce films which, submitted to heating in nitrogen atmosphere, have a weight loss, for films having a thickness of 1-2 mm, and for the following cycle of heating: 11 DEG C./minute from 25 DEG to 375 DEG C., 5 DEG C./minute from 375 DEG to 440 DEG C., isotherm at 440 DEG C. for 45 minutes, respectively of: from 25 DEG to 245 DEG C. lower than 15% by weight from 245 DEG to 375 DEG C. from 30 to 70% by weight from 375 DEG to 440 DEG C. of 97-99% by weight after the isotherm at 440 DEG C. the remaining residue is lower than about 0.3% by weight, the curve gradient in the on set point ranging from 0.03 to 0.08 mg/ DEG K., and at 360 DEG C. from 0.12 to 0.30 mg/ DEG K.; the on set temperature being at most of 300 DEG C.
