abstract A water borne, bakable paint composition having a reduced VOC formulated to contain a dispersion of at least one water compatible, film forming cross-linkable resin, a solvent and/or coalescent for the resin in the form of a block copolymer of a copolyetherpolyol and a cross-linking agent for the resin and the copolyetherpolyol in which the cross-linking agent is present in an amount sufficient to cross link the resin and the copolyetherpolyol whereby the latter becomes part of the film when the paint is baked.
