A compound of formula ##STR1## where R 1 and R 2 are independently a C 1 -C 10 aliphatic radical, or R 1 is a C 1 -C 10 aliphatic radical and R 2 is a C 6 -C 10 aromatic radical, and R 3 is a C 1 -C 8 aliphatic radical, a C 3 -C 8 cycloaliphatic radical, a C 6 -C 15 aromatic radical or a C 7 -C 13 araliphatic radical, provided that R 3 is not methyl when R 1 and R 2 are each methyl, that R 3 is not ethyl when R 1 and R 2 are each methyl and that R 2 is not p-aminophenyl when R 1 is methyl and R 3 is ethyl with an organic compound having at least one group reactive with a P--H bond. |
