abstract The present invention is directed to a device for implantation into the scrotum of a male for aiding the male impotence, comprising, a housing containing a vasoactive agent, a conduit communicably connected to said housing and having a length such that when said housing is implanted in the scrotum, a terminal end of said conduit extends to a point in a corpus cavernosum of the penis and valve means associated with said housing and said conduit for opening communication therebetween which includes means associated with said housing for actuating said valve means, and wherein said valve means includes means for opening and closing said terminal end of said conduit.
